The Champion Sports Performance Methodology 

Champion Sports and Performance offers inclusive training programs catering to individuals of all ages, genders, skill levels, and athletic aspirations. Our core programs cater to a wide range of demographics including youth, middle schoolers, high school students, elite athletes, adults, and teams. Each participant undergoes a thorough assessment covering overall health, functional strength, physical limitations, body composition, and athletic performance. Champion Sports Performance utilizes sport specific testing and data to optimize both the programming and athletic performance. There is no guess work or blind programming which is what most commonly sold in the performance training market. 

Following the evaluation, a personalized training regimen is crafted to address individual strengths, weaknesses, and specific needs. Our programs focus on enhancing strength, power, and speed relevant to the athlete's sport, position, and limitations. Additionally, we emphasize mobility, flexibility, and nutrition to optimize athletic performance.

At Champion Sports Performance, we offer one-on-one and small group training sessions. This approach ensures safety and allows for maximum effectiveness in achieving desired results. Our one-on-one and small group sessions facilitate personalized attention, enhancing the effectiveness of the training experience.

Champion Sports Performance integrates two key disciplines: Physical Therapy and Sports Performance. By bridging the gap between post-rehabilitation and peak athletic performance, we provide a comprehensive approach to training and recovery. Our programs are designed to support individuals in their journey towards achieving their athletic goals while prioritizing injury prevention and overall well-being.

Rates:

  • $99 enrollment fee: Includes health evaluation and sport specific baseline testing

  • $80 one-on-one performance training or personal training session

  • Small Group: (3 athletes)

    • 2 x per week, $280 per month ($35/session/athlete)

    • 3x per week, $360 per month ($30/session/athlete)

    • 4x per week, $400 per month ($25/session/athlete)
